Josie came home with 4 more heads of broccoli from her school's garden yesterday. That is way too much steamed broccoli (although Griffin ate almost an entire head himself last week)....so we got creative & made a broccoli casserole for Josie's class to eat. It smelled great & Sydney was bummed that she did not get any...so looks like I will be making another casserole for us this week. Hopefully, Mr. Fiorito can provide the fresh veggies again.
