Welcome home girls....you've been missed

Oh my...these girls are a sight for sore eyes. They have grown- sound & act mature. Camp has so many wonderful benefits, but we are glad to have them home. A little drama getting them home (Lee's flight was late getting to Wausau & he didnt think he was going to get to them in time)...thanks to Agawak staff...it all worked out. Now they are safe & sound asleep in their comfy beds...sleeping off the camp hangover. I found Griffin sitting quietly next to Josie's bed the morning just watching her sleep. He said he just wanted to be near her. Priceless.

Final campfire 2010

Well, here we have it...the final pictures from the camp 2010 season. What an amazing experience for our girls...truly a gift. Not just the fun they have had- but the independence, compromise, maturity they have gained. It's just a few hours before they are home...what a fast summer. Sydney & Josie- we are so proud of you...we cannot wait to hear about all your experiences in person.

Blue & White closing ceremonies

The Blue Teams theme was "All you need is Blue"...they won not only the closing ceremonies . but also the entire summer competition...Yay- we know Josie is happy. But its not if you win or lose...we know they all had fun!

Camper/Counselor Awards

Congratulations to Sydney & Megan. Megan received "Most ambitious staff member" and my eyes are too poor to read what Sydney received. However, based on the others in the photo...I think her cabin received an award and she received a MVP for the Final Four games. Way to go girls. Plus, our campfire girl & Olympic team leader Josie...I'd say our girls showed their stuff this summer.

Welcome Home Posters

I went the traditional route. However, Griffin's self titled "Rockets with shooting satellites,ice cream & pepperoni pizza" also says welcome home to "the sisters!"

Ben is Back!

Thank goodness Ben is back...Griffin has had enough mommy playtime! They are going to karate camp in the morning & got to spend some fun time at home in the afternoon. Two future kindergarteners!
