From the game

Josie had a blast at her 1st MLB game...too bad the Yankees lost...but there is a good chance that they may be back for the playoffs. Long night - we had a very sleepy 5th grader this morning.

Yankees!!!

Lee is beyond excited to take Josie to The Tampa Bay Rays vs. The NY Yankees. Have fun & eat lots of yummy stadium food!

Cooking School

Awhile back I made a spontaneous dinner for a few friends. One of my friends Lisa, loved the food so much....when I told her it really wasn't that big of a deal, we decided she needed to tag along with me to shop & cook for the week. We had so much fun (and although I was on call and couldn't have some wine while we cooked)- it was a great way to spend time with a friend, inspire her to cook & make her family happy. We definitely could have used more burner space...I think we made 4 meals and a homemade apple pie. I had to bring the apple pie over to her house later that evening and her whole family was smiling & cheering. Yay for good, healthy home cooked meals!!!

...and its's not even raining out!

We enjoyed a fun day at home...I was on-call so we decided to stay close to home. We swam, played games & Josie & her assistant Griffin created a spa in our upstairs loft. Those are plastic pickles on my eyes (since we did not have any fresh cucumbers)...I LOVE LOVE LOVE their creativity. Of course it was fun to get a massage- which I have to say was very relaxing!

T-Ball

Not the best pictures...but we think he looks adorable getting ready for his 1st T-Ball practice. Lee is hoping this will be his sport!!!! We are excited to cheer for Griffin & all The Muckdogs!

Quick Vacation

A few weeks in to school & who isn't ready for a quick getaway? Always fans of the night away at a hotel...we headed down to The Omni Resort along with The Arce's. Easy, convenient & many laps logged on the lazy river.

Mollye's birthday

We spent the afternoon at The Beach & Yacht Club to celebrate Mollye's birthday. Always fun, always enjoyable and a great way to beat the heat.
