Air Boat Ride in the Everglades

We can check this off our bucket list...boat ride through swampy everlade lake. We saw a 32 foot snake ( in a cage)- but the most surprising thing was seeing cows walk amongst the alligators- weird. Our tour guide assured us that the cows were way too big for the gators to attack but watch out deers!

Pasta Night

Dinner at the club in Naples- pasta bar and yummy desserts ( and good wine too!).

Gingerbread Village

This is the perfect example of "wow, what a fun craft" at a store and then everyone bail's on you 5 minutes in to the activity. So, its no surprise Sydney made it for 3 minutes...Josie hung in for 12 and Griffin entered the room for the last 8 minutes. Next year we'll skip the gingerbread village and bake pumpkin bread!

Silly string Ninja's

Syocking stuffers turned in to weapons as Josie and Griffin decided to have a silly string war...alls good until the cleanup!

The Last Night!

Hurray...the last night ( well that's not what the kids have to say about it). Go big or go home! They went big....now they are counting down til Hanukkah 2012!

Hanukkah in Naples!

1st Night in Naples= 6th Night of Hanukkah! We celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa! One more night to go!

Reunited with Ryan!

Add ImageWe met up with Josie's best friend from camp- Ryan in Siesta Key on the way down to Naples. So cute and a bit of a change from Minocqua Wisconsin!

DAY 6- HANUKKAH!

Despite a long day of partying- gifts, food, drinks...our kids were not too tired to open up their Hanukkah gifts...slippers, make-up brushes and a webkinz! Bonus of having Christmas and Hanukkah overlap!

Times Square Puzzle

Lee, Al and Jeff opted out of basketball and completed this puzzle in 3 hours! MerryChristmas Katie!

Hot tub Christmas!

Nothing says Christmas like a bunch of kids in a hot tub! With Katie's new underwater camera, they entertained themselves for hours!

Christmas morning!

Hurray ...Santa showed up for a few little stocking stuffers and minor gifts! Too bad he ate Griffin's homemade rocket ship sugar cookie...someone left it out for him!

Hanukah- Night 5

We were a bit rushed getting ready for a party but we managed to light the candles and open gifts.

Blizzard Beach- Christmas Eve

It has been really warm, humid lately...so to get us in the spirit and think "white christmas"- Griffin and I headed to Blizzard Beach late in the afternoon..Christmas Eve. Zero lines and the water was a bit "brisk" for my liking but we did because we could!!!! Fa la la la la!

Hanukkah - night 4!

Half way through Chanukah! Hurray! Griffin completely knows the blessings! Alien lego set, 100 pictures and some frames, and lacrosse wear!

Let it snoap!

It's not a holiday season without a trip to the snoap. Unfortunately, time was ticking, so we grabbed Josie and Griffin for a quick run down to play it in for one snow falling! After all these years, when you look up in the sky...it really looks like the real thing, yet it smells like a laundry room!
