Make my Ride

We finally took Griffin to make a car. He loved it and he enjoyed making his car and - great idea! As we heard later "it's build a bear for boys!"

Fun Friday!

We're off to another school year and that means "Fun Friday" with my teacher friends every Friday at 4!!! Some of my co-workers joined in the fun too! Obviously some people had to blow off some steam!

Fun lunch

We have always known Mrs. Pollzzie rocks- but this time she went beyond...she bought Griffin lunch( well technically breakfast since he eats so early) and he got to eat in her office- listen to Michael Jackson and have a conversation that include velocity/gravity. Thank you Mrs. Pollzzie!

Go Browns!

Our nephews are ready to support the team....maybe they don't know the rollercoaster ride that awaits them being a Browns fan or that at their young age they've accomplished something that most Browns fans have not ( a Superbowl championship- b/c they also support The Packers). They are super cute and we are all ready for a great season!

Kindergarten deja vu

A switch to the public school means Griffin has to repeat Kindergarten due to his birthday! He's going to rock!!! He has a great teacher and a good friend in the class! The playground is awesome too!

Middle School!

Josie is beyond excited to be a middle school student- we love her enthusiasm! Fingers crossed she stays organized!!!!

Hello high school!

Big changes this school year- hard to believe Sydney is in high school-we know its a big adjustment and we know she's going to do fantastic! Go Storm!

2nd generation girls!

Love these fun, smart, witty women!

Griffin is sick of family photos

Nothing more to say about that!!!

Grandkids!

We know that Larry and Elaine love having their grandkids all under one roof!

The whole Lowell clan

I am sure these photos will turn up in a holiday card soon. It's the annual Lowell Family photo...hard to get us all together...but we somehow get it together!

A change from camp

More over dirt, hello sand....Josie has adapted to her post camp well. Enjoy a beverage, beach chair and book! Not too mention home cooked meals!

Orange suit club

From the oldest to the youngest...if you were "in" you were wearing an orange hibiscus bathing suit this season!

Ahhhhhh....

Need I say more?

Founding Beachgoers

Here they are...the reason we all go on vacation each year. So great- their friendship and what they've created!

The Newlywed Game

The 1st generation was put on the spot and had to recall special memories from their past - just like the Newlywed Game. Hilarious...not sure that we could answer the questions as well. Congrats to Larry and Elaine, who won!!

Shells, everywhere

Ever year we collect shells, they sit in our garage and then we throw them away. It's tradition. This is 2011's batch.

Football

Not surprising, Lee has found a football buddy in Josie. A good arm, for sure!

Italian Ice

There is nothing better than Italian ice (mango) on a hot day at the beach! Fortunately, the carts come by a few times during the day to cool us down!

Our annual sandcastle

Griffin and I made a funny face sandcastle...each year we make one and I forget how sand gets everywhere! Sadly he was gone with the next high tide!
