Now that the weather is getting warmer we have been spending more time in the pool. griffin's hair has been getting in the way as he has been learning to swim. I figure now is as good a time as ever to have a fresh spring cut. He looks adorable...but oh my, the "bed head' this a.m. was too funny. When I brought he back from getting the cut Lee loved it but said " I am glad you did it instead of me"

See how our garden grows
I had to stop in at Lowe's today & the flowers were so beautiful & colorful, I couldn't resist. I bought Griffin some gloves & a shovel & had planned our after lunch activity. I have to admit, I really do not enjoy gardening, never have...but I love the end result. I can't wait until they start to grow & fill in. Another sign, that spring is on its way!
Good old fashioned fun
Bring back the sprinklers! Our kids took a pass on swimming in our pool & going to Blizzard beach so that they could play in our "Octo Sprinkler"...what was regular summer time fun for us as children is rarely something our kids get to play with. They were screaming so loud you would have thought they were on space mountain!

Spring Soccer
We missed this season's 1st game because we were in Naples, but we heard Jo's team played great & won the game! The 2nd week was also a great game & her team played against her former coaches (Chuck & Honey). Griffin had his own games going on (duck, duck goose 7 ring a round the rosey)- all I can say is we were so lucky that that Ella's brother was playing on the other team so Griff had a friend to play with. No pictures from this weeks game but our girl jo had an awesome goal right in to the corner!
