What a game

Josie's game was exciting. It ended in a tie- all the players on both teams are solid- so fun to watch. It was so great to be able to watch all games and not run back and forth b/t soccer and lacrosse.

Soccer Saturday!

Just like the old days...we only had soccer games this morning. Only 3 of Griffin's teammates showed up, but mixing up the teams was fun and these kids played hard and had alot of fun. Thankfully it was not scorching hot out.

More straight A's

The Lowell girls have received 236 A's this school year- Josie follows in Sydney's footsteps and gets another straight A report card! Awesome!

SURVIVORS!!!!

Sydney & 26th other 8th graders were recognized as "Survivors"- they attended Celebration K-8 school all 9 years! They got bandanas and sashes. Hardd to believe it's been 9 years!

Science Fair recognition

At the honor roll assembly they recognized the science fair winners- Sydney got an award for her achievements at the state science fair.

3rd quarter honor roll

Congratulations Sydney on another straight A report card- she sailed through middle school and was recognized for getting accepted in to The IB program.

Another visit from Flat Stanley. Griffin didnt have too much going on after school so we did things around the house, like playing Wii, going for a swim and having a snack!

Kobe: Birthday dinner

And the celebration rolls on...Josie chose Kobe Steak House to celebrate her 11th birthday. As you can imagine lots and lots and lots of food. I think Griffin would have preferred a pillow to a meal but her hung tough...and even wanted more cake after a day filled with sugar. As with most bday celebrations...everyone was wiped out! Yay for lazy mornings post bday!

Beaches and Cream

We started Josie's bday celebration the night before at Beaches and Cream. It was Hannah's 1st time there...food, arcade & Sydney & I attempted Epcot but our passes were blocked out :(

The pool is open!

Griffin and Ben officially opened the Lowell Pool for season 2011! Fairly warm for mid April! Alot of water shooting and jumping off the jacuzzi ledge!

Party at The Pool

Honestly, the easiest bday party to date. We've thrown many pool/beach parties- Josie pretty much organized her party. what a nice group of girls...everyone played together and kept themselves entertained. The only downside was perhaps a bit too much sun, a few red faces by the end of the day!

Middle school lacrosse game

Our Middle school team is improving so much...they are playing more experienced teams that have been playing 5 plus years together and they are really sticking with them. A close game that ended in a loss...the defense was awesome and Sydney had a great assist.

Birthday Lacrosse

The 1st goal of the game for the birthday girl...not before the team sang Happy Birthday to her on the field! Another awesome win...way to go!

Good morning birthday girl!

Happy 11th birthday Josie! Lucky for us- our games started a little later than usual so she had time to dance and open up all her gifts!
